Jonathan Tenney:

m. 14 Apr 1795, Anna (Bayley) Bailey.

He moved to Vermont April 1791.

He served in Corinth, Orange County, Vermont, as district collector in 1803, and in 1804 as highway surveyor.

On 4 April 1794, he was deeded 100 acre lot No. 28, in Newbury, Orange County, Vermont.

He married Anna (Bayley) Bailey on 4-14-1795 (probably in Orange County, Vermont) and they had 12 children.

On 13 July 1799, he was commissioned quartermaster by Governor Tichenor, and was honorably discharged by Brig.-Gen. Mich. Banon on 9 Sept. 1809.

On 10 August 1809, he deeded away one acre of land in Corinth, Orange County, Vermont.

About 7 Mar 1813, he moved to Corinth, Orange County, Vermont.

He was a quiet and unassuming man in his department, a lover of home and friends. (L. O. T., daughter-in-law).

He was a farmer.

19 Mar 1813: He died of spotted fever in Newbury, Orange County, Vermont.
