On November 13, 1820, Elizabeth issued a quit claim for land to her son Jacob Rader of Greene County, Tennessee, land which would be coming to her from her father John Freshour Senior's estate (Greene County, Tennessee deed book volume 13, page 84 dated November 13, 1820). "Elizabeth Rader widow of Peter Rader deceased of the County of Greene state of Tennessee quit claim to my son Jacob Rader.....a certain tract of land which was willed to myself and my children by my father.... Jacob to take possession of the land September 1, 1821.....witness my hand and seal this 13th day of November 1820. Witnessed by Abraham Peters and John Renner." Registered December 7, 1822 Greene County, Tennessee.
