Winifred Louise Bowman was born in Oklahoma City on May 11, 1945 to George Mason and Winifred Kay. She passed on April 10, 2019 in Oklahoma City. She attended U.S. Grant High School and Oklahoma City Community College. Winifred had a passion for creating art and even had her artwork published. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and singing. She was also a member of Capitol Hill Baptist Church. Winifred is survived by her sons, Jerry Bowman and wife Cindy, Gary John Black, Michael Streetman and wife Hillary, James Caleb Bowman, a daughter, grandchildren, Shay Carrao, Shavon Bowman, Sharise Mahieu, Samuel Streetman, Emily Streetman and 2 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother Winifred and step-father James C. Lynch and her sister Rozella Ramsey.

Private service. Ashes buried at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
