Timothy Ray Armstrong was born on November 6, 1955 in Rolette, North Dakota to Rich & Ethel (Bush) Armstrong.

He died at his home in Aloha, Oregon on April 17, 2013 at the age of 57.

Timothy attended and graduated from Rolette High School and graduated in 1974. He went into the Army from 1975 to 1977. Following the Army he served a 2 years Oregon mission for the LDS Church. He went on to attend and receive an associates degree from Rick’s College in Idaho.

He was employed as an equipment technician with 4 companies in his career, Varian, Mycron, Intel and Tri-Quint. He moved to the Aloha/Hillsboro area in 1987 until present. On February 21, 2007 he married Laura Johnstun in the Salt Lake City Temple. They were members of the Aloha Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Timothy was a leader for cub and boy scouts and coached baseball for many years. He was a handyman from autos to appliances and enjoyed helping others.

Survivors include: Wife Laura, Sons: Chris & Brad; Siblings: Roger, Terry, Gordon and Randy Armstrong. Brother Rusty preceded in death in ’79. 4-Grandchildren.

Funeral Service: Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 10:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints-Aloha.
Dedication of the grave & interment: Bethany Memorial Cemetery-Warren, OR.
