Rev. Ronnie Ray Phillips, age 62, of Fort Payne passed away April 19, 2019 at Erlanger Hospital. He was born December 21, 1956 to the late Elbert Lee & Mildred Louise Phillips. He was a Senior Past Master of What The World Needs Is Jesus Broadcast. He was an Evangelist & Music Director at Pentecostal Power Ministries, A member of the Alabama State Board of Auctioneer’s, & He was a Master Mason of Rainsville Masonic Lodge.

Burial will follow the service at 5pm EST from the Cooper Memorial Cemetery in Oneida, TN.
