BRISBIN — Services for Mrs. Mildred L. Thompson, 75, of Brisbin, who died Friday, Jan. 2, at 12:10 a.m. in the Carefree Manor Nursing Home, Osceola Mills, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Church of God in Bribsin.
The Rev. James Scott will officiate and interment will follow in the l.O.O.F. Cemetery, Brisbin.
Friends will be received at the Birger A. Freeberg Funeral Home, Houtzdale, after 7 p.m. today and Sunday afternoon and evening and on Monday at the church from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Mrs. Thompson was born in Parsonville May 16, 1911, a daughter of David and Anna (Chilcotte) Anderson.
She was a member of the Brisbin Church of God and of the Sunday school of the church.
On Jan. 26, 1929, she married Francis J. Thompson, who survives along with one daughter, Mrs. William (Linda) Bowen of Philipsburg and two steprgrandchildren.
Mrs. Thompson, who had been the last surviving member of her immediate family, was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers
