Zimmer Mrs. Lucy Ann Robbins, aged 65 years, was found frozen to death at her home at Union Center, Broome County on Wednesday by neighbors, who broke into the house, and on the bed in the same room, her sister, Mrs. Rosetta Forsythe, was unconscious and nearly frozen. She will recover.
