Donald Earl Goodman, Jr., age 61 of Fort Payne, passed away Friday, April 12, 2019. He was born June 7, 1957 to Donald E. and Patricia Smith Goodman. Mr. Goodman was a retired supervisor with Flowers Bakery and attended Minvale Baptist Church. He was a professional drummer, having played music his entire life beginning on the road right out of high school.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. John Keefe and Pastor David Goodman officiating. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 4 until 8 p.m. The family is accepting flowers or memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Watson Goodman; daughter, Tricia Torassa (Sean); step-children, Christy Glass, Frank Calzone, Dustin Holkem and Ashley Holkem; father, Donald Earl Goodman; brother, David Goodman (Monika); sister, Debbie Barrett (Garry Joe); step-grandchild, Whitten Blackwell; and nephews, Michael, Zachary, Daki, and David Goodman and Steven Tannert.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Ann Smith Goodman.
