We have it on authority that the management of the Metropole hotel will change abut the first of net month. In the meantime the lower rooms will be fixed up for hotel purposes by taking out the pool tables and partitioning off an office, dining room and kitchen. The building will also in other ways be remodeled as to give the traveling public the best accomodations. Underwood has been in want of a hotel since the fire in February. Mrs. E. Lathrop it is said will be the new proprietress and we hope that she will make good.
