Born Tuesday, September 24, 1946 in Sparta, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late William Blaylock and the late Lucille Prater.

Bryan Henry,son of South Carolina
Tyler Henry ,grandson, of Chattanooga
Gary Levon Blaylock, Brother, Doyle TN.

Funeral Services will be held at 2pm on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with James Boulin officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Cemetery. The family will welcome friends from 11am until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
