Born at St. Joseph's Hospital in Lewiston on Oct. 30, 1938, to Leslie Hamilton and Mildred (Coon) Hamilton, Patsy was an only child beloved by her parents. Her early years were spent on the family farm on Central Ridge before the family moved to Lewiston in 1950.
Patsy graduated from Lewiston High School before attending Kinman Business University in Spokane. She worked as a keypunch operator at several local businesses including Potlatch, Lewiston Grain Growers and Comstrat Corp.
She enjoyed fishing, camping, and shopping, and was known to never let a deal pass her by. She and Ken had a love of animals, particularly Boston terriers, of which they had several that brought them an enormous amount of joy. In her later years, she would dogsit for friends who had Boston terriers.

Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth L. Fisher; her mother, Mildred E. Hamilton; and her father Leslie Hamilton.
Patsy's remains were cremated and interred with her mother, father, and husband in Normal Hill Cemetery.
