Karen Hoell, age 79 of Sheboygan passed away late Monday afternoon at Sunny Ridge Nursing Home following a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. Karen was born November 30, 1939 to the late Merle and Minnie (Lev) Kelly in Raymond, state of Washington. Karen was united in marriage to Thomas Hoell on November 30, 1963 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Sheboygan. She was a graduate of Sheboygan Falls High School, class of 1958. Prior to Karen's retirement she was employed by the Aurora Sheboygan Clinic as a switchboard operator for 15 years.
Survivors include her husband Tom, daughter and son-in-law Heather (Troy) Molzner of Sheboygan, granddaughters Abby and Lilly, two sisters Patricia Cesar of Sheboygan, Jackie (Duwayne) Winterburg of Sheboygan and Karen's best friend Carol (Leon) Kaat of Sheboygan.
Karen was preceded in death by her parents and father-in-law and mother-in-law Alois and Marie (Haindl) Hoell.
Karen's family will have a private family service at a later date.
