WHITEHALL — Melinda S. Freeman, 57, of Whitehall, died Thursday at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
She worked at Cook Urological for 30 years and the last few as a supervisor.
She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Richard "Rick" Freeman; son, Alan Phillips, Whitehall; stepdaughters, Julie Daniel, Spencer, LeeAnn Hupp, Bedford; brother, Danny Carpenter, Spencer; sister, Cindy Bowling, Spencer; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at West Parrish Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer. The Rev. Ray Unger and Brother Todd Durnil will officiate. Burial will follow at Gross Cemetery in Whitehall.
Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
