Beverly Nester 1933 ~ 2006

Beverly Ann Simmons Nester passed away June 11, 2006. Born August 6, 1933 in Twin Falls Idaho to Kenneth and Elsie Simmons. Married Marlin Nester September 22, 1953 later sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Preceded in death by her parents and brother Ladell McBride.
Survived by her loving husband Marlin and their children, Julie Nester of Salt Lake, Michael (Charlene) Nester of Spanish Fork, and (Rich) and Janet Stanfield of West Valley. Also survived by her sister Arletta Maggard (Bill) of St. George. They have six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Beverly worked at Mountain Bell, then spent many years at home raising her children. She returned to work at Answer Phone, and retired from Sorenson Research after several years of service. Above all Beverly was a wonderful wife and mother. The family would like to thank the Life Path hospice care team for their help and comfort during the last few months.
Graveside services will be held at Redwood Memorial Estates 6500 South Redwood Road on Wednesday June14, 2006 at 11 a.m. where friends and family may call one hour prior to he services for a viewing.
