He was born March 21, 1935 in Culbertson, Nebraska to Roy and Anna Anspauch. He married Luce Escobedo on July 21, 1957 in Cheyenne. He was a veteran having served in the US Navy and then retiring as a Colonel in the Wyoming Air National Guard. He was a member of St. Mary’s Cathedral, Cheyenne Frontier Days Public Relation Committee, lifetime member of Military Officers Association and the American Legion Post #6.
He is survived by his wife, Luce Anspauch of Cheyenne, children, Amy (John) Reiner of Cheyenne and Andy (Bridget) Anspauch of Grand Island, Nebraska; grandchildren, Alexa Reiner, Austin (Natasha) Reiner, Anna (Brodie) Ecklund, Brenan Anspauch, Kerrigan Anspauch (Chris Shelton), and Aidan Anspauch; great-grandchild, Rian C-Reiner; sister, Ruth Ostermiller of Loveland; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 7 siblings.
