He was born November 24, 1933, in Culbertson, NE, to Roy and Anna Anspauch. He married Frances English on July 2, 1956 in Cheyenne. He was an Air Fabrications Specialist for the Wyoming Air National Guard, also serving in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the American Legion Post #6.
