She was born on January 28th 1938 in Whitehall, N.Y., he was the son of David and Jean Doty.
Joan was predeceased by her parents, one sister; Monica (Doty) Freeman, and two brothers; Donald Doty and David Doty.
Joan worked at Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center 1961-1965, EB Metal from 19—to closing.
Joan loved cooking, sewing, and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Joan was predeceased by her parents, one sister; Monica (Doty) Freeman, and two brothers; Donald Doty and David Doty.
Joan is survived by two children; one daughter and one son, one son-in-law, one daughter-in-law, three grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
