Vicki Fox, 74 of Victoria, passed away at her home, Saturday, March 16th, with her daughter at her side. Vicki's family and friends will gather for a memorial visitation, Sunday, April 7th at Grace Funeral Home, 2401 Houston Hwy in Victoria from 2:00PM to 4:00PM. Honoring Vicki's wishes she will be cremated and her family will take her to the ocean she loved so much.

Vicki was born February 14, 1945 in Vanport, Oregon to the late Charles E. Burns and L'Roya Buck Burns. Vicki spent 40 years in Phoenix, Arizona before moving to Victoria.

When her children were young they could be found at horse shows or the lake most weekends. Her love of horses and most any animal began when she was very young. She passed this love on to her children. Her other love was the ocean. She always wanted to go walk on the beach. She also spent many hours in her gardens growing a wide range of vegetables and flowers. She was an avid PBR Bull Riding follower. Vicki could give you the statistics on all the riders and the bulls. In Arizona she worked for several years at a local feed store and then in the Indian Jewelry department of J.C. Penney. She also worked as a manicurist for a short time and at Dillard's here in Victoria.

Vicki was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and L'Roya Burns; her brother, Robert Burns; the father of her children, Jack Fox and her long time companion, Robert Graham.

Arrangements and services are under the personal care of Grace Funeral Home - Houston Hwy.
