Ruth Terry of Clarksville, MD passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 with family by her side.
Ruth enjoyed playing bingo and especially being surrounded by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Robert Terry, Sr, of Clarksville; children, Donna & Charles Billings of Sparta, NC; Robert & Jen Terry of Rocky Ridge, MD and Vicki & Sam Knight of Mt. Airy, MD, sisters Janice Dees, Brenda Kibler and Bobbie Boering and brothers Larry Higgs and Woody Higgs.
She has 11 grandchildren, Melissa Smutek, Charles Billings, Jr (CJ), Matthew Billings, Crystal Smith, Ryan Knight, Roy Knight, Samuel Knight, Jr, Stephanie Terry, Robert Terry III (Robbie) and Ashley Terry. She has 12 great grandchildren, Mayson Billings, Hannah Billings, Greg Smutek, Bradley Smutek, Kaylie Smutek, Libby Knight, Vada Smith, Violet Knight, Mollie Knight, Nora Knight, Emmalee Terry and Addison Terry.
She was predeceased by her parents, Elwood and Nellie Higgs, brothers Michael Higgs and George Higgs, sister Tootsie Bentley and granddaughter, Lindsey Knight.
