Jerry Mullins of Campton, Kentucky departed this life Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at the age of 63 years, 10 months and 13 days. He was a son of the late Herman and Ida Trusty Mullins born at Campton, Kentucky on April 28, 1955. He was a equipment operator by trade. He is survived by two sons, Jeffery Wayne Mullins of Bays, Kentucky and Jason Lee Mullins of Campton, Kentucky; one daughter, Jessica Justine & (Joshua) Howard Jackson, Kentucky; ten grandchildren; four brothers, Harold Mullins, Larry Mullins both of Burkhart, Kentucky and Clyde Gay Mullins and Gary Mullins both of Campton, Kentucky and three sisters, Judy Elam of West Liberty, Kentucky and Janice McQuinn and Naomie Simpkins both of Burkhart, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Ida Trusty Mullins; one brother, Paul Gene Mullins and one sister, Joyce Elam. He also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
