Howard Kenne (Butch) Harris Jr., the son of Howard Kenne Harris and Velma Mae Johnson Harris,
He was born July 12, 1944, in Des Moines, Iowa, and passed away at the Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa, Thursday, May 24, 2007, making his age 62 years, 10 months, and 12 days.
Butch had lived the last several years in Iowa, where he worked at construction.
He was a member of the Pentecostal faith. He liked to fish, hunt, swim, and camp.
He enjoyed outdoor sports.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Velma Harris; one sister, Wanda Louise Harris; paternal grandparents, Rupert and Ruby (Nagel) Harris, former residents of Summersville; and maternal grandparents, John C. and Almeda (Inman ) Johnson, former residents of Hartshorn.
He is survived by his three sisters, Velma Darlene Sinor of Salem, Oregon; Joy Harris of Summersville, MO; Rose (Harris) Fulkerson and husband Cyrus of Hartshorn, MO; three children, Timothy Harris of Seattle, Washington; Howard Kenne Harris Jr. of Seattle, Washington; and Angelina Harris of Des Moines, Iowa; several nieces and nephews, Jill Null and family of Bonne Terre, MO; Tammy Keeling and family of Summersville, MO; Eldon Reneman and family of Naperville, Illinois; Lonnie Reneman and family of Brookings, Oregon; Stacy Reneman of Salem, Oregon, Jeff Fulkerson of Aston, Pennsylvania; Christy (Fulkerson) Earley and family of Gentry, Arkansas; Chris Howell of Newton, Iowa and James Harris of Ames, Iowa.
He is also survived by numerous cousins.
