Nathaniel Chaffee,b. Feb. 22, 1783 (prob.) Adams, Massachusetts. d. July 24, 1821, Berkshire, Franklin, Vermont. He was the son of Comfort Chaffee and Lucy Stow. He married Polly Hibbard.
He bought land from his father on April 13, 1804. He was a farmer. There were no children.
