Larry R. Dick, 76, of Terre Haute passed away on Sunday March 3, 2019 at 10:45 am in Signature Healthcare. He had worked at Stran-Steel then retired from the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Terre Haute. He was born September 30, 1942 in Danville, IL. Larry is survived by his wife of 53 years, Fredia (Norris) Dick; a daughter, Karen Paul (Ram) of Bloomington, IN; a son, Mark Dick (Dawn Burnette) of Terre Haute; grandchildren, Aryka Rawley and her mother, Susan Rawley and Addie Paul; a great-grandchild, Kameron Rawley; sisters-in-law, Lavera Loveall and Luella Rossicoe; special friends, Don Bright, Charlotte Boggs, and Tami Boggs and several nieces and nephews. Larry was a US Army veteran and a member of First Southern Baptist Church. He was an avid Jeff Gordon fan, St. Louis Cardinals fan, a die-hard Chicago Bears fan and loved to watch the History Chanel and old westerns. Visitation will be Friday March 8, 2019 from 4:00 until 8:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel and on Saturday March 9, 2019 from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm in First Southern Baptist Church. Funeral services will be Saturday March 9, 2019 at 12:00 pm in First Southern Baptist Church with Pastor Jonathan LaFluer and others officiating. Burial, with military honors, will be in Highland Lawn Cemetery.
