2019 obituary. Beverly F. Harmon, 82, of Portland passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2019, at Maine Medical Center while surrounded by her family. She was born in Nobleboro, Maine, on Dec. 17, 1936, as the daughter of the late Hollis Monson and Viola Harrington. She was raised in Damariscotta and Cumberland and attended school at Greely High School. Beverly worked many years as a food service professional and retired from St. Joseph's Manor in Portland. Her greatest happiness came from being the beloved mother of her five children and being surrounded by them, her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed time with the many cherished friends she made as an active member of the Portland Eagles and the American Legion where she spent her weekends in her younger years. Beverly is predeceased by her daughter, Brenda Boivin; granddaughter, Jessica Harmon; sister, Audrey Chapman; good friend, Henry Wickham; and many other loved ones. She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Boivin and her husband, Raymond; her son, Carl Harmon and his wife, Margaret; her daughter, Corinne Harmon, and her daughter, Penny Harmon and her partner, Michael Pessolano. She also leaves her grandchildren, Raymond Jr., Pamela, Tammy and her husband, Brian, Jeremy and his partner, Carla, Victoria, and Breannah and her husband, Taylor. As well as her great-grandchildren, Kody, Brynne and Cole; and her two special boys, Denver and Dakota.
