Chili - Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at age 72. Predeceased by his parents, Alton and Geraldine; brother, Michael and sister, LuAnn (Lee) Protain.
Survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Ines; daughters, Becky (Randy) Campbell and Amy (Greg) Zah; grandchildren, Holly and Stephanie Campbell, Parker and Tori Zah; siblings, Liz Long (Joanne Disario), Lisa (Bob) Shell, Steve (Sandy) and Lori Long (John Bassett); sister-in-law, Brenda Long; brother-in-law, Adelmo Zaffram; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Jack was a Vietnam Army Veteran. A retiree from Admiral Metal. An avid golfer and wood worker. Had a passion for corvettes; but above all-else the love for his family was priority.
Friends may call at the Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home, Sunday 1-4PM. Funeral Mass Monday, 9:30 AM at St. Pius the Tenth Church. Interment Creekside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wilmot Cancer Center.
