Joe Alva Cooper, 76, passed away on March 1, 2019. Joe was born on October 17, 1942 to Charles and Buelah Cooper in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Joe was an avid fisherman and was a proud NRA member. He enjoyed watching the History channel and listening to Chet Atkins. Joe could spot a bargain and loved going to flea markets. Joe is survived by his wife, Anita Cooper; Son Joe Cooper II & wife Dawrenda; 1 brother, Robert Cooper; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his Parents and first wife, Judy Cooper. A graveside service for Joe will be on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 5, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM at John Ireland Funeral Home, 120 S. Broadway Ave, Moore, OK. Services are under the direction of John Ireland Funeral Home.
