She enjoyed reading, shopping, volunteering at St. James Elementary, and being involved in her grandchildren’s activities. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt to all. She will be greatly missed. As a wife of a member of the U.S. Navy she traveled to Morocco, Africa, Maine, California, Virginia, Rota Spain, and Gulfport, MS.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur J. Belville and Leona Williams Belville; her husband, Donald Clarence Lawrence; children, LCDR Daniel A. Lawrence and Robert D. Lawrence; brother, Arthur Belville.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Lawrence Anderson and her husband, Lawrence M. Anderson of Madison, AL; daughter-in-law, Lyn Delprato and her husband Alfred Deprato of Melbourne, FL, daughter-in-law, Vita Jewel Wilson-Lawrence of Gulfport; grandchildren, Lauren Anderson Herring and her husband Matthew P. Herring of Madison, AL, Kirk Ryan Lawrence and his wife, Jaymi W. Lawrence of Biloxi; great-grandchildren, Lawson P. Herring of Madison, AL and Mason W. Lawrence of Biloxi; And siblings, Gloria Belville, Roger Belville, Ricky Belville, sisters-in-law Jackie Levocke and Mary Vittum and a host of other relatives.

The funeral service is Monday, March 4, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport where friends may visit one hour before the service at 10:30 a.m.
Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
