Word has been received by Mrs. Frank McMeekln, 1237 14 1/2 street, Rock Island, of the death of her uncle, David Titterington, 85, former Rock Island county resident, in Marionville, Mo. He died of a cerebral hemorrhage February 3. Burial was in Denver, Colo. Mr. Titterington was born June 7, 1855, on a farm near Edgington and married Miss Elizabeth Rouse on Aug. 28, 1879. She died March 12, 1905, in Denver, Colo. Mr. Titterington moved from Rock Island about 1926. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Maude Borglum of New Mexico: a son, Kenneth, in Nebraska, and several grandchildren.
