Services for Michael Everett Pope, age 69, of Gleason, TN will be held Sunday February 24, 2019 at 2pm at Williams Funeral Home of Gleason. Burial will follow in Hopewell Cemetery in Gleason, TN. Visitation will be Saturday evening from 4-7pm at Williams Funeral Home of Gleason. It will resume Sunday at 12pm and go until time of his service at 2pm.
Mr. Pope is survived by his wife, Kathy Pope, of Gleason, TN. He is also survived by three children; Dawn (Joey) Williams of Martin, TN, Adam Pope of Gleason, TN, and Tommy Pope of Flower Mound, TX. Mr. Pope leaves behind three siblings; Billy Pope of Palmersville, TN, Bonnie Walters and Mae Buckelew both of Dresden, TN. He also leaves behind six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Mr. Pope was preceded in death by his father, Manley Pope, mother, Velma Collier, and sister, Jean Short.
