Docia Elizabeth “Betty” Brownlee Fussell, 87, of Moultrie, died Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Cobblestone Health and Rehabilitation.
Born February 19, 1931 in Moultrie, she was the daughter of the late Chauncey Jerome “C.J.” Brownlee and Ora Lee Eure Brownlee. Mrs. Fussell was a retired Federal Civil Service employee and a member of Midway Freewill Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Brandon Fussell; sister, Marilyn Mabbitt.
Survivors include her sons, Michael Bruce Fussell and wife Ruby of New Orleans, LA., Steve Malcolm Fussell of California; sister, Karen A. Beasley and husband Ronald of Moultrie and one grandson.
