Mildred E. Wheatley, 81, of Louisville, passed away Friday, March 15, 2013. She is survived by her son, Joseph N. Wheatley Jr. (Glenda); daughters, Anita Holt, Teresa Bruner (Bob), Della Schmidt (Bob) and Sheila Monroe (Phil); nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. A celebration of Mildred's life will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2013 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Interment will be at Resthaven Memorial Park. A visitation will be held 3-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2013.
