Brenda was an avid bowler, loved Gamecock Football and loved to travel with her family. At one time Brenda was able to type over 120 words a minute and worked with Rita and Amanda at Creel Court Reporting.
Survivors include her step-son; O. J. Sloan (Brenda), step-daughter; Debra Padget (Mike), sister; Robin Teagle, brothers; Kenneth Stephens (Tammy), and Chuck Stephens (Ruby).
In addition to her parents, Brenda was predeceased by her husband, Andrew O’Neal Sloan.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Woodridge Memorial Park Gazebo, 138 Corley Mill Road, Lexington, SC 29072 with the service following at 3:00 p. m. Burial will be at Woodridge Memorial Park.
Woodridge Memorial Park and Funeral Home of Lexington is assisting the family.
