She was predeceased by : her siblings, Lela Mumphry, Louise Foreman, John Moses, Melvena Houge, Clyde Hitchen, Sr., Stella Hitchen and Charlie Hitchen.
She is survived by : her children, Donna Jones of New Orleans, LA and Harry Smith of Raleigh; children-in-law, Roy Jones of New Orleans, LA and Gloria Smith of Raleigh; and her friend Agnes Frye. She is also survived by grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of beloved friends.
