Native of Glendale, SC; widow of Weldon Johnson; daughter of the late Joseph Justus and Modessa “Dessie” Sanford Pruitt.
Retired from Beaumont Mill.
Survivors include one daughter, Debbie Barner; three brothers, Arthur Lee Pruitt, Hershel Pruitt and Toddy Pruitt; one sister Mary Nelline Wheeler.
