Kendall/Hilton: Thomas W. Vick, 72, passed away with his loving family by his side on January 24, 2019. Tom was born November 8, 1946 in Rochester, a son of the late Frederick and Eleanor (Shaw) Vick.
He served in the United States Army, 3rd infantry of The Old Guard, “The President’s Own”. Tom was a member of the Kendall Lions club, member and Past Chief of the Kendall Fire Company. Tom was a former employee of Alliance Tool Co.
He was predeceased by his brother, William and sister, Marilynn Reynolds.
Tom is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Christy; son, Nathaniel Vick; daughters, Christine Vick and Lara (Jimmy) Rodriguez; grandchildren, Joshua, Natalia, David; sister, Pat (Bob) Pitcher; sister-in-law Sheryl Vick, speckles his dog, and several nieces and nephews.
Tom’s Memorial Service will be held at the Calvary Chapel Westside, 2407 South Union Street, Spencerport, New York 14559, on Thursday January 31, at 10:30am.
Interment, with military honors, will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in Kendall in the spring.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the U of R Wilmot Cancer Center 300 East River Road P.O. Box 278996 Rochester, New York 14627.
