Geraldine Lee Roberts, 87, of Kansas City, KS passed away January 22, 2019 at Shawnee Gardens Nursing Home.
Geraldine was born February 17, 1931, the daughter of Charles and Helen Croom in Kansas City, KS. She grew up attending church at the Victoria Tabernacle. She worked over twenty five years at SafeWay until retirement.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda Czirr of KCK and Tamala Goodwin of KCK; brother Carl Croom of Shawnee, KS; eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by the love of her life, James E. Roberts; a son, James L Roberts; and her parents.
A visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, October 26, 2019, at Maple Hill Funeral Home with Funeral Services beginning at 10:30 A.M. Burial will follow in the Maple Hill Cemetery.
