Patsy Williams Mullins, a lifelong resident of Vicksburg, passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at MS Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. She was 85.
Patsy was the daughter of the late Ira A. Williams and Maud Williams.
She was a member of Crossway Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, J. Michael Mullins; a great granddaughter, Ember Carey; a brother, Ira A. “Buddy” Williams (Joy).
She is survived by a daughter, Kathy. Williams (Steve) of Edwards; two granddaughters, Bailey Guthrie (John David) of Little Rock, AR, Ayla Carey (Jamie) of Atlanta, GA; three great- grandsons, Cayden Carey, Kap Carey and Kingston Carey; one great -granddaughter, Kinlee Carey; two sisters, Gail W. Phipps of Charleston, SC and Carolyn W. Miller (Marvin) of Vicksburg and numerous nieces, nephews in Vicksburg, Alabama, South Carolina , Louisiana and Virginia.
Services will be held at Noon on Saturday, January 26 at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home with Gaylan McGregor officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service.
