Sally was born June 21, 1934 in Evanston, the daughter of Dale Lawson Rickert and Vera Jane Briggs. She grew up loving to fish, hunt, ski; anything outdoors with her parents, sister and brothers.

At the age of 16, Sally met the love of her life, Del Lamb. They married three years later on November 10, 1953 when Del was home on leave from the U.S. Navy. After Del returned from overseas and honorably discharged from the Navy in 1954, they started their life together in Evanston and later moved to Bridger Valley where they raised their family of one son and three daughters and helped with grandchildren.

Sally and Del loved to camp, fish, hunt, ride out on old 2 track trails, rock hunt; anything outdoors.

Sally was preceded in death by her husband Del; her parents; step-father Gene Snow; brother Gary Rickert; sister Elaine Bindl and great grandson William Ross Robertson.

She is survived by her son Marty (Sally) Lamb; daughters Tracy Lamb Fowler, Chris Lamb and Kelly Stewart; brother Phil (Pam) Snow; grandson Ken Homan; granddaughters Randi (Zack) Sulzback, Becky (Justin) Robertson and Sara Stewart; sister in law Carolyn Rickert; 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Sally loved to have them all at her house for holidays and birthdays and loved them all very much.

A graveside service will be 1:00 PM Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Fort Bridger Cemetery.
