KATHY SPENCER
Mrs. Kathy Spencer, 39, of 1601 S. 24th, died at 10:45 p.m. Monday (Feb. 13, 1984) in Blessing Hospital. Mrs. Spencer was born Jan. 27, 1945, in Olathe, Kan., a daughter of John W. and Beulah Willie Riley. She married David Spencer Sept. 8, 1962, in Cameron, Mo. He survives. Mrs. Spencer moved to Quincy in September 1983. She had lived the past 20 years in Mukwonago, Wis. Surviving are her husband; a son, Travis Spencer of Orlando, Fla.; her mother, Mrs. Beulah Riley of Kidder, Mo.; two brothers, Richard Riley of Drexel, Mo., and Clyde Riley of Kidder; and a sister, Mrs. Mickey (Janice) Webb of Liberal, Kan. She was preceded in death by her father and a daughter, Julie. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in Hansen-Spear Funeral Home, the Rev. Paul Mount conducting. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery.
