Aurelia Faye Wilson passed away peacefully on January 17, 1019. Born in Alpena Pass, Arkansas in the beautiful Ozark Mts., Aurelia was the daughter of Jesse and Pearl Brown Auman. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of almost 70 years, David E. Wilson and son Stephen Lee Wilson. She is survived by son David E. Wilson, Jr., and daughter Debra Ann Gan, her husband Wayne, grandson Robert Douglas Peters and wife Tiffany, grandson Jeffrey Alan Peters and wife Virginia and 5 great-grandchildren.

After graduating early from high school, she went to business school in Little Rock, Arkansas. On a trip to Ft. Smith, she met a dashing young man who sat down beside her on a DC-3 who later became her husband. When first married she only knew how to make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. She went on to become a gourmet cook with church friends and neighbors wanting to learn from her, enjoy her cooking and her recipes. She was kind, gracious and giving in many ways. Her passions in life were God, family and cooking. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother, and will be greatly missed by so many. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson were devoted members of Second Baptist Church.

A celebration of life is planned at Memorial Oaks between 10-11AM on January 21, 2019 followed by a grave side service at 11:30. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Second Baptist Church - The Winning Walk.
