He was a son of Blair and Elsie (Depassio) Goss, of Iselin.
Bill is survived by his sister, Patricia Gulakowski, of Gilbert, Ariz.; nephews John (Jeril) Goss, of Punxsutawney, and Kevin Harvot, of Washington, D.C.; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Blair Goss Jr. and Jack Goss; and his sisters, Anna Mae Harvot, Donna Jean Gormley and Dianne (Ancie) Zanos.
Bill served in the U. S. Army from 1952 to 1954, and resided most of his adult life in Buffalo, N.Y., where he worked more than 27 years for Bethlehem Steel. He was well-known around the Buffalo Raceway, where he enjoyed the horse races and at one time took care of a racehorse.
He will be buried Nov. 3 in the Iselin Union Cemetery. Arrangements are being made by Curran Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Saltsburg.
