On January 16, 2019, Cynthia “Cindy” Jeanne Craft Massey of Greenville, Mississippi, passed away at UMMC in Jackson, Mississippi. She was buried at Lakewood Memorial Park, Jackson, MS on Friday, January 18, 2019.

Cindy Massey was born on November 11, 1953 in Greenville, Mississippi. She attended Mississippi schools in Greenville, Jackson, Brookhaven, Indianola and graduated from Senatobia, MS high school. She attended Mississippi University for Women. Cindy is survived by her son Leon “Lee” Veasey (Dana) and her grandson, Hays Veasey, all of Senatobia, MS. She is also survived by her mother, Janice Barnett Craft of Greenville, MS and her two brothers, John Michael Craft (Becky) of Shreveport, LA. and his two children, Hunter and Meredith Craft, and her brother James Pipkin Craft of Senatobia, MS.

She is preceded in death by her father, John Rimmer Craft and her brother Carey Alan Craft both of Greenville, Mississippi.
