Miss Lois Davis, 73, 768 N. Redwood Rd., (1700 West), died Sunday at 6:30 a.m. in a Salt Lake hospital of natural causes. Born Oct. 23, 1890, to Albert W. and Anne L. Bacon Davis. Retired in 1943 after more than 30 years of teaching in Wasatch, Sumner, Jackson, and Onequa schools, Salt Lake City. Active in Center Ward and Salt Lake Stake auxiliaries, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Survivors: brother, sisters, Wilford A., Mrs. Anne D. Miller, Mrs. Olive D. Dixon and Mrs. Sarah D. Whittaker, all Salt Lake City. Graveside services Wednesday, 1 p.m., Salt Lake City Cemetery. Friends call at 36 E. 7th South Tuesday 6-8 p.m., Wednesday prior to services.
