Funeral services for Thomas Ball, who died Friday, September 4, 1970, at the Limestone Nursing Home, will be at 2 p.m. at the Cartwright Church of Christ with J. H. Bullington officiating. Burial will be at Mount Pisgah Cemetery.
Son of George Thomas Ball and Susan Ann (Qualls) Ball.
Husband of Gracie Josephine (Harris) Ball. They married Dec. 26, 1918, Athens, Limestone Co, AL.
His wife preceded him in death on Feb. 6, 1970 and one son, Otho Thomas Ball died on June 7, 1954. They are both buried at Mount Pisgah Cemetery.
Survivors include three sons, Redus Nobel Ball, Otto Columbus Ball, Adron Leroy Ball and one daughter, Lydia Geneva Gatlin; 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
