In 1945, he married the former Juanita Brumfield.
She survives with two children, Mrs. James (Leoma) Fogt and Joe McKee; five grandsons and a granddaughter; a stepmother, Betty McKee; a sister, Mrs. John (Harriett) Williamson; four half-sisters, Pauline, Darlene, Lacy and Esther; and six half-brothers, Frances, Earl, George, Gene, Eddie and Richie.
Mr. McKee, a World War II Army veteran, was employed at the Stolle Corporation.
Services will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Cromes Funeral Home, with the Rev. William Hovestreydt officiating. Burial will be in Shelby Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call at the home tomorrow afternoon and evening.
