Kathy Reed, 78 of Conroe passed away Friday, January 11, 2019. She was born September 16, 1940 to Frank and Irene Reed in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Kathy was an accomplished tournament bowler and a successful business owner with Instrument Pad Manufacturing. She enjoyed cooking and was the most amazing cook. She has taken many different cooking classes and worked as a professional pastry chef in Austin. Her other hobbies included gardening, sewing, reading her bible, and watching the Razorbacks.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents and sister Frankie Moon. She is survived by her daughters Sandra Mamo and husband Stephen, Revonda Royer and husband Ken, and Robin Armstrong and husband Richard. Siblings Bobby Reed, Judy Raible, Mary Nicholson, and Theresa Soucy. Grandchildren Heather, Stephen, Rachel, Stephanie, Jenni, Kelly, Corey, Devin, Allen, and Ryan. Great grandchildren Robert Silas, Katelin, Emily, Chase, Austin, Kora, Adyson, Olivia, Carson, Connor, Bailey, Juliana, Peyton, and Collin. Kathy's funeral will be held graveside in the Garden Park Cemetery in Conroe on Monday, January 14, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
