MAYSVILLE — Mrs. Shannon Michelle Woods passed away Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019.
Shannon was born on Dec. 20 1971, to the late George and Donna Lewis of Maysville. She worked for 17 years at Pizza Hut in Flemingsburg Kentucky and was an avid UK fan.
She loved her family and friends and her crafts that she had made and loved hanging with her friends but most of all she loved her grand babies.
Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Stanley Woods Jr.; a brother, Gerald Lewis; a daughter, Megan (Jason) Dearing; a granddaughter, Jordan Dearing; two grandsons, Jayden Fetters and Karson McElfresh.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandmother and grandfather, Everette and Louise Caldwell.
She will be greatly missed by many.
Services for Shannon Woods will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019, with Rev. Bruce Heller officiating.
Burial will follow in Bracken Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday.
