CHARLENE MARIE (HRYNIEWICH) ROWE
AGE 69 YEARS

Charlene Marie (Hryniewich) Rowe of Worcester and Acton, died of natural causes unexpectedly, Jan. 5, 2019.

Charlene was a devoted mother, teacher, artist, seamstress, nurse and acupuncturist. She received a BA degree from Northeastern University, Boston (74). Afterwards she moved to Chicago, IL where she taught art, married and lived on a farm in Wisconsin. She came back to Massachusetts and resided in Worcester where she did volunteer work for the Worcester Diocese tutoring adult students in English proficiency.

Her love of science and interest in natural healing spurred her to study Traditional Chinese Medicine. She earned a Master degree in acupuncture and TCM from New England School of Acupuncture, Watertown and practiced briefly in Fitchburg, MA. She also worked as an LPN.

She will be greatly missed by her friends and family, and will be remembered for her generosity, abundant talents, and warm personality.
Beloved mother of Jessica Rowe of Philadelphia and Nathaniel Rowe of Worcester. Also survived by her siblings, Lucille Canty, William Hryniewich, Rebecca Hryniewich, Mark Hryniewich, Paul Hryniewich, Geraldine Hryniewich and John Hryniewich.
Predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Rosemary Hryniewich and brother James Hryniewich of Acton.

ARRANGEMENTS: Acton Funeral Home, ACTON, MA.
Private burial in the spring to be held in Woodlawn Cemetery in Acton.
