James D. Buckland of Bountiful passed away Sunday evening between 6 and 7 o'clock. He died of bright's disease and had been sick about two weeks.
Deceased was born in the state of Vermont seventy-three years ago on the 6th of July, 1900. He came to Utah in 1854 and has resided in Bountiful most of the time since.
Funeral services were held in the tabernacle on Wednesday, Dec. 5th, at noon. The speakers were Elders Judson Tolman, C. R. Jones, Henry Rampton and J. H. Grant.
