On July 30, 1998, Heaven became much livelier when God chose Casi to become his newest Angel, following a tragic car accident.
Casi was born June 19, 1962 to Nicholas and Carole Tennyson Malkogiannis. She attended Hillcrest High School and at the time of her death, she was employed there as Campus Security. Casi married Burton Tod Cook on August 21, 1982 (recently divorced). Two beautiful and wonderful boys came from this marriage. Casi was athletic, enthusiastic and adventurous. She made life fun for her boys. They were her world! Casi made life fun and interesting for all who knew her, and she was loved by many.
Casi is survived by her children, Jacob (9) and Jordan (6) her ex-husband, Tod; her parents; sister, Jami (Phil) Markham; brother, Todd Malkogiannis; grandpa, Ott Tennyson; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; also two exceptional friends, Ciel and Lisa, and many more, too numerous to name; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob and Bonnie Morgan; Larry and Brenda Baker; and Walt Amos.
Preceded in death by grandmother, Sue Tennyson; grandparents, Jim and Vig Malkogiannis; sister-in-law, Linda Amos; father and mother-in-law, Burt and Marge Cook.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 3, 1998 at 1 p.m. at the Goff Mortuary, 8090 South State Street, where Friends may call on Sunday from 6-8 p.m. A Prayer Service will be held at the Mortuary on Sunday at 7:30 p.m. Friends may also call at the Mortuary on Monday one hour prior to services.
Interment: West Jordan City Cemetery.
